Project Description:

Located in a valley near Tipperary town this single storey 252m2 new build cavity blockwork crèche facility incorporating solar water heating, solar photovoltaic, rainwater harvesting and under-floor heating.  The crèche has 5 classrooms with toilet facilities for each classroom, offices, catering and staff room facilities and a full computer network throughout.  Externally the rear has a secure play area with synthetic grass, car parking 18 cars, retailing walls, automated roller gate and boundary railings.

CRECHE, KILKEE, Co. CLARE

Project Description:

A two storey 550m2 new build crèche facility, on piled foundations with ground beams due to poor ground conditions.  The development is located on a brown field site within a residential area.  The scheme included car parking, boundary railings, street lighting, CCTV, drainage connection, working adjacent existing structures and rubber play surfaces.  The completed project is plaster and painted throughout with vinyl floor finishes, we also carried out under-floor heating, solar hot water, passenger lift, precast concrete first floors.
