We take full responsibility for the roles of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) as required under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. These roles are central to identifying and managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety on every site.

As PSDP, Egan Construction:

• Coordinates the design team to eliminate or reduce risks at the design stage.

• Ensures safety is considered in all phases of planning and design.

• Prepares and maintains the Safety File for the completed project.

As PSCS, we:

• Manage health and safety during the construction phase.

• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.

• Develop and implement the Construction Stage Health & Safety Plan.

• Monitor on-site activities to ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
