Project Description:
New build 320m2 – 4 bedroom house and garage for private Client. The scope of the works included cavity block work walls, precast concrete first floor, structural steel beams, under-floor heating, electrical services, uPVC windows, hardwood external doors, feature stairs, , kitchen and decoration throughout. External a cavity blockwork garage was build along with drive, parking areas and foul water treatment plant and percolation area.

LOCAL AUTHORITY HOUSE, Co. WEXFORD
Project Description:
Single storey cavity blockwork local authority house in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. This single storey 110m2 new build cavity blockwork house incorporating demolition of existing structures, plaster and paint finishes, fireplace and surround, kitchen, stove and back boiler heating system, slate roof, A-rated window and doors. Externally car parking facilities and boundary fencing were provided.

4 HOUSES BAGNALSTOWN, Co. CARLOW
Project Description:
4 Local Authority Houses in two blocks each approximately 100m2. This infill site is located on a busy laneway serving the local treatment plant. Extensive deep (5m+) underground services including fouls & surface drainage, ESB, water, and Eircom required extending and altering. The houses required careful consideration of the neighbours and house using the roads around the site.

Farmlea Estate Ferrybank Kilkenny
Project Description:
22 Houses the majority of these homes were 3 and 4 bed homes (each approximately 100m2). This site is located on the Ferrybank side of Waterford City and is in the Kilkenny County Council area. Extensive underground services including fouls & surface drainage, ESB, water, gas and Eircom required extending and altering. The houses required careful consideration of the neighbours and house using the roads around the site as Phase one was already sold, this was part of Phase 2.
